Neuropelvic Surgery Observership Application
Observership Program Duration & Schedule
The WPS Observership Program is offered once every 1–2 months, depending on surgical scheduling and case availability.
Program Duration:
- Two full days (in-person)
Training Format Includes:
- Observation of 3–4 complex pelvic nerve surgical cases
- Half-day dedicated education including:
- Live lecture on peripheral pelvic nerve pathology
- Surgical anatomy review
- Case-based discussion and clinical decision-making
This structure provides an intensive, high-yield experience combining real-time surgical exposure with focused academic training.
How to Apply
Fill out the online Observership Application Form with your personal, educational, and professional information.
Choose the observership course and available training session that best fits your schedule.
Submit the completed application along with the program fee of $4,400. Your application will be reviewed after all required materials and payment have been received.
Tuition Discounts
To support physicians early in their careers, the following tuition discounts are available:
- 20% discount for physicians currently enrolled in an accredited fellowship training program.
- 50% discount for physicians currently enrolled in an accredited residency training program.
Applicants requesting a discounted tuition rate must provide documentation verifying their current training status at the time of application.
Following review of the application, qualified candidates will receive confirmation of acceptance along with additional information regarding the observership schedule, logistics, and pre-course materials.

Once your application is reviewed and approved, you will receive:
- A confirmation email with your scheduled observership dates
- An email receipt for your payment
Payment, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
All program fees are non-refundable once payment is submitted, regardless of attendance or participation.
Rescheduling may be granted in the event of a medical emergency or other significant/unavoidable circumstances.
Requests to reschedule must be submitted in writing at least four (4) weeks prior to the scheduled course date. Requests received after this deadline may not be accommodated.
If approved, the applicant’s participation may be moved to the next available session or another future course date, subject to scheduling availability.
International Applicants
The WPS Observership Program welcomes qualified international physicians.
Please note that the program does not sponsor visas for observership participants. However, upon acceptance into the program, we will provide all appropriate documentation confirming your acceptance and participation to support your visa application, if required by the applicable embassy or consulate.
Visa-Related Refund Policy
If an accepted applicant is denied a visa, the observership tuition will be refunded, less a $200 non-refundable application and administrative processing fee, provided that the applicant submits official documentation of the visa denial.
This policy is intended to minimize the financial burden on international applicants while covering the administrative costs associated with processing the application and reserving a position in the program.
